HootSuite also allows you to track certain keywords, like “restaurant New York,” so that you can immediately see where people are discussing keywords related to your client’s company.
Sprout Social – Offers similar features to HootSuite, including scheduling updates and monitoring conversations. However, Sprout Social applies a more visually attractive dashboard, providing you with an overall view of what is happening on your social media accounts. You can also obtain comprehensive reports and analytics – very useful information you can relay to your clients. Additionally, you can assign tasks to your team members or use the iPhone application on the go.
Client and contact management
drive.google.com – Google’s free set of tools which allows users to share documents and conduct collaborative work with others. This is ideal for sharing Excel spreadsheets with your clients.
Highrisehq.com – Very popular customer relationship management tool allowing users to keep a list of prospective client and manage contacts.
picmonkey.com – free online image editor tool, useful for cropping and resizing images.

WhatsApp.com – Free instant mobile messaging app with free phone calls, video and voice messages.

Sending and sharing files
Dropbox.com – the leading online sharing program that works great for sharing important documents with your customers or sending large files.
Wetransfer.com – another application for sharing important files and archives with team members and clients.
Social Bakers – Offers free statistics for social networks such as Facebook, YouTube, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Google Plus. For example, you can see a comparison of major US brands on Facebook or how many users reside in the United States. For a small charge, a Social Bakers Pro account allows you to monitor your Facebook pages, as well as offering illustrations for various statistics such as the engagement rate (the number of interactions to a post – comments and likes – divided by the number of fans).
Google Keyword Tool – Great free tool which allows you to find and track competing websites using main keywords that your client’s customers are searching. These keywords are very useful to incorporate in YouTube videos and blog articles to optimize their ranking.
Google Alerts – Commonly used tool that sends you email updates of new content uploaded onto the Internet based upon certain keywords tracked. It’s recommended that you follow multiple keywords including the name of your client, their competitor’s name, etc.
